We have more than 50, 000 square feet of modern manufacturing and storage space, situated in the South East of England and supply products internationally. Our facilities are easy to access by road, rail and air and we welcome visitors to demonstrate what we can offer and why we are different. We are not committed to only one process and can supply moulded components using the methods most suited to a particular need, based on manufacturing quantity, tooling investment and functionality. We have a reputation for producing technically challenging parts and in many situations, components that other suppliers find impossible due to their size, weight, tolerancing or complexity.
Our highly flexible manufacturing operation can easily switch from high volume to low volume requirements and we can also manufacture and hold stock against firm projections to optimise costs against effective moulding batches. The business has always evolved and developed in line with customer requirements and we understand the role that we play in our customers’ ultimate success.
We have long term partnerships with the best toolmakers in the UK and overseas and can match appropriate toolmaking, including materials selection, with the different moulding processes on offer. Our management team is also highly experienced in tool design and understand its importance for efficient and cost effective component manufacture.
