Your responsibilities include:
- Handling various elements of X Trade movements (domestic and international) with a goal to take on and assist the X Trade / Multimodal team with trade movements. Aspects of the role will also focus on covering Sea Export Operations, Sea X-Trade Operations.
- Liaising with Overseas offices.
- Liaising with all suppliers.
- Liaising with Customs brokers to arrange import customs clearances.
- Liaising with our own and other 3rd party warehouses when required.
- Liaising with local transport companies to organise final end deliveries.
You will need:
- Confident and outgoing individual.
- Previous experience with Import customs entry and advantage. (tariff classification, duty calculations etc)
- Bill of Lading Experience.
- Professional and confident telephone manner.
- Customer service experience.
- Driver with own transport is desirable.
- UK resident and the right to work in the UK.
