Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Wet Sprayer to join our team in Basildon on a permanent basis. This role involves preparing and spraying vehicles to a high standard, ensuring a professional finish on every job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing vehicle surfaces for spraying (sanding, masking, priming)
- Applying paint using wet spray techniques
- Mixing paints and matching colours accurately
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Inspecting finished work to ensure high-quality standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in wet spraying (automotive preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and reliability
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures
